Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the complete spectrum of client needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor client improvements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients aged 13 and up, implementing various evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

• Commit to measurement-based care to ensure the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
