Now Hiring Forklift Operators Logistics & Manufacturing Hubs Cambridge, ON Location: Cambridge, ON and Ayr, ON Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour Responsibilities Precision Material Handling: Safely and efficiently operate MHE equipment, including Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies. Streamline the Supply Chain: Lead the loading/unloading of trailers and strategically stage materials to keep Cambridge's production lines moving. Inventory Accuracy: Track and log material movements seamlessly using handheld RF scanners. Safety Leadership: Conduct daily pre‑shift equipment inspections and champion a zero‑harm workplace culture. Qualifications Certified Expertise: A valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie). Proven Track Record: At least 1 year of hands‑on forklift experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
