Staff RN - Trauma Intermediate Care Unit, Night Shift

Overview We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to promote patient well-being. Responsibilities Assessment/Diagnosis: Conduct initial and ongoing health status assessments. Outcomes Identification/Planning: Develop and document care plans based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems. Implementation/Evaluation: Carry out nursing interventions, evaluate patient responses, and adjust care plans accordingly. Leadership: Engage in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Operations: Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications Associate\'s Degree in Nursing Current RN license as per Ohio Board of Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification State Driver\'s License No prior experience required Additional Info Work in night shifts, approximately 36 hours weekly Department: Trauma Unit 1 Focus on safety, quality, and continuous learning in a caring environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Affinity Home Health Care Inc
