• Procedures include: Circumcision, Orchiopexy, Cystoscopy, Cysto with Botox Injection, Cysto with Bladder Biopsy, Cysto with Instillation Mitomycin, Cysto with Urolift, Stent Placement, Evacuation of Clots, Excision of Cyst/Mass, Excision of Condyloma, Excision of Spermatocele, Explantation of Device, Hydrocelectomy, Hydrodistention of Bladder, Hydrocele Repair, Laser Lithotripsy, Bladder Irrigation, OP Cystoscopy, OP Cystoscopy with Botox, OP Prostate Biopsy, Orchiopexy Pediatric, OP Injection, Biopsy of Penis, Prostate Biopsy, Sacral Neuromodulation/Staging, Scrotal Exploration, Cysto with TOT Sling, Suprapubic Catheter Placement, Stone Exit, Transurethral Incision, TURBT, TURP, Ureteroscopy with Stone/Stent, Excision of Urethral Cyst, Ureteroscopy with Laser
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or   Board Eligible accepted if just out of residency
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Oregon license required
