Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement clinical interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to support clients in overcoming challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and manage holistic, client-centered treatment plans that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, to manage urgent situations effectively.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering community and shared healing experiences.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and accountability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
