Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions across various channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Huntersville, NC

Pay Range: $18-$20

Shift: 8am-5pm Hybrid Position

What's the Job?

• Enter customer orders manually into the ERP system with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email, providing timely assistance
• Support customers by answering product-related questions and resolving issues effectively
• Run reports to proactively manage and process customer orders on hold
• Maintain professional communication and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of meaningful work experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service or retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook, is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to quickly learn data entry processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities
