Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Scheduling Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating appointments, managing calendars, organizing schedules, communicating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring daily scheduling operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and virtual conferences
- Manage calendars and coordinate availability across teams
- Communicate scheduling updates to employees and clients
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Monitor daily schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Assist with onboarding and training schedules
- Update databases and internal systems with scheduling information
- Prepare reports and administrative documentation
- Respond to scheduling inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, office support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
