ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Create customer invoices within Microsoft GP and submit the invoices to the customer per the Purchase order. Address customer concerns or questions on the invoice and follow-up on the payment status. Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files Accurately apply sales tax based on customer's locale and exception status Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and customers. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work overtime may be required during peak periods (e.g., month-end, year-end). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
