Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a collaborative approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and actionable steps for client progress while maintaining continuous monitoring of therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans when necessary to mitigate risks and provide immediate support during difficult situations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards, regulations, and organizational policies.

• Facilitate psychoeducation programs, lead group therapy sessions, and organize support groups to enhance community engagement and client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
