VP Cash Management

Job Summary ServiceMac is a new sub‑servicing entity focused on providing technology, products, and services for the mortgage and real estate industries. What You'll Do Implements goals, objectives, and work standards for the department. Applies policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards. Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of professional, technical, and office support staff. Contributes to the overall quality of the department by developing and coordinating work teams and by reviewing, recommending, and implementing improved policies and procedures. Directs the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development to maintain effective morale, productivity, and discipline. What You'll Bring Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred. 8+ years progressive management experience. Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans. Ability to learn needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and allocating resources. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex projects. Experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure. Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations and significant experience developing and implementing solutions. Background check, credit check, and drug screening will be required as a condition of employment where permitted by applicable law. Compensation Pay Range: $129,300.00 – $172,300.00 annually. The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this position at the time of posting.
