Location: Elmhurst, IL
Progressive Mechanical Services is a locally owned HVAC/R company, and we are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who enjoys supporting leadership, improving day-to-day processes, and helping a growing company run smoothly. This role works closely with our leadership and bookkeeper as a key support for administrative needs.

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 4:30pm
A Typical Day:
- Provide administrative and clerical support our office operations
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and paper records
- Support scheduling, work order processing, and internal documentation
- Help prepare invoices, reports, and basic accounting-related paperwork
- Ensure accuracy and organization across office systems and processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Experience in the construction, HVAC, or service-based industries is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office software
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
