About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, CRM Developer to lead the strategic development and integration of CRM technologies within a high-performing IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving CRM innovation, shaping the organization's CRM vision, and ensuring that CRM solutions align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating across departments to design and implement impactful CRM solutions, enhancing CRM workflows, and contributing to marketing strategies through CRM enhancements and data insights. The VP, CRM Developer will also be expected to mentor team members, manage vendor relationships, and ensure technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in C#, Python, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Proficiency in advanced SQL querying, ETL tools, and a strong knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, and relevant APIs is essential. Experience with Azure DevOps, Microservices, and master data management concepts, as well as technical writing and documentation proficiency, are also required. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial products and portfolio management processes, and demonstrate inclusive behaviors and compliance with hybrid work policies.
