Job Overview Territory Manager, Surgical Workplaces The Territory Managerwillbe responsible forselling and supportingHealthmark Productsunder GetingeSurgicalWorkflowsfor existing and potential customers in the assigned territory. Business opportunities for this position will include a balance ofConsumables as well as a small capitalproductline. Keyobjectivesof this role will be to increaseHealthmark’s/Getinge's market share,developand encourage strong customer relationships, and build brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Candidates must be able to plan, prioritize,monitor, and track all sales cycle events. Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties: This roleis responsible for: Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targetswhilemaintainingexpenses within assigned expense limits. Create strategic selling business plans for all customer opportunities. Monitoring and updatingaccountactivity withinSalesForce. Work collaboratively with the Contracts, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Clinical Affairs departments. Handle monitoring,closingand post-sales supportofall territory business. Where possible, promote allHealthmark/Getinge product offerings, including training programs(Onsite In-Services). Lead follow-up, sales planning, andterritory management. Identify required resources to positionHealthmark/Getinge during the sales and support process effectively. Track,reportand analyze sales opportunities with the Regional Sales Manager routinely. Handle completion of product demonstration andimplementation with continuedpost-sales support. Monitoring and reporting customer issues with theRegionalSalesManagerand responsibleHealthmark/Getinge employees. Manage time and resources within the assigned territory to ensure the territory’s objectives are achieved. Able to develop strategic sales plans for all required sales opportunities and the ability to plan, prioritize,monitor, and track all sales cycle events. Able to enhance teamwork within the region andmaintaina collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and maintain honesty,integrityand excellent work ethics. Attending local and national shows. Call pointsare:SPD / Endo / OR / Infection Prevention This role willbe located in: Detroit Area Required Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities: Demonstrated record of success or achievement in sales positions. Able toprioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding matrix environment and function well in ateam sellingapproach. Ability to influence external customers on technical and new business solutions. Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and organizational skills; self-motivated and directed to achieve assigned goals. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook,SalesForceCRM. College Degree –4 yearUndergraduate Degree Minimum of5yearsfull timework experience with aminimum oftwo(2) yearssales experience. Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions: Valid driver’s licenserequired. Be able tolift upto 25 pounds. Wear PPE whenrequiredfor the job. Able to sit forlong periodsof time. Able to travel throughout the territory and occasionally other domestic travel.
