Tax Manager (Generalist)

Manage and review complex tax engagements, provide tax consulting, and support staff development across a diverse client base. Immediate full-time opening. Hybrid role based in the Atlanta metro area with partial remote flexibility. To support a growing tax practice by adding a strong technical manager who can lead engagements and elevate team capabilities. Oversee complex tax compliance and consulting engagements, guide staff, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the continued growth of the tax practice.

Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance. Delegate and oversee tax preparation and research tasks. Prepare complex business income tax returns. Provide tax planning, consulting, and financial projections. Manage client relationships and service delivery. Mentor and develop tax staff members.

Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's in taxation preferred. Active CPA license required. 47 years of public accounting experience. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tax workflow software preferred. Excellent communication skills and strong professional ambition.
