Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Provide specialization in family and child counseling, focusing on clients who meet medical necessity criteria, to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, parenting workshops, and other classes that foster personal growth and provide valuable resources to clients and their families.
\n
• Accurately complete all client case materials, including intake forms and progress notes, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Submit timely documentation for all therapy sessions, producing required reports and statistical data to meet organizational standards.
\n
• Meet contractual obligations by maintaining a specified number of billable hours, thus maximizing service availability while ensuring financial sustainability for the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your work will contribute to improving client outcomes, enhancing family dynamics, and facilitating effective communication skills within households.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent program.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in counseling services, particularly in a clinical or community health setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a case load efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, demonstrating the capability to manage billing hours and documentation independently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with virtual therapy technologies is highly desirable. Additionally, prior involvement in community outreach programs, group facilitation, and interdisciplinary collaboration will enhance your candidacy for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
