Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service inquiries through the social media platforms in a timely, professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams;
  • Develop organic and paid social strategy and manage from budget through to execution;
  • Reporting;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Strong attention to detail with grammar and spelling mistakes;
  • Working with other departments within the organization on social strategy and execution, understanding and creating trend-based implementation plans;
  • Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in player requests & product performance then escalate to the game team;
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to management;
  • Integrate with Strategy team on Audits, Strategy, and Integrated Campaigns;
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI);
  • Collaborating on content creation with the entire Communications department.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field;
  • 3-5 years of social media experience managing multiple products, ideally within a fast-paced tech start-up environment;
  • A love of Hawaiian shirts;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing skills and attention to detail;
  • Able to effectively lead a multi-platform strategy and implement flawless execution;
  • 3 years’ experience in writing copy for social media platforms & communicating with online communities;
  • Social media marketing experience;
  • (Bonus) Strong interest in medicine, health, fitness, or sports;
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide channel recommendations;
  • 3+ years’ experience in social media management;
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced and scaling organization;
  • Experience live streaming or video streaming community content.
