Our company is looking for a Communications Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be a self-starter and proactive in anticipating communication needs of;
- Lead the development of strategic communications;
- Develop and deliver training materials to drive adoption;
- Develop creative, engaging, and innovative communication campaigns to drive awareness, education, and adoption;
- Assess and identify training needs;
- Helping create, develop and implement communications using multiple mediums;
- Partnering effectively with teams within People Services (HR) and throughout DaVita.
Requirements:
- Ability to take ambiguous and, at times, unrefined thoughts and create a vision for communication campaigns and deliverables;
- Organized, thorough, and delivery orientated;
- Innovative Thinker;
- Ability to multi-task handling projects and deadlines to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are completed on time;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Must possess a high level of self-initiative, drive and motivation;
- Ability to coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously; with a customer-centric approach;
- Excellent writing and grammar skills;
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
