Talent Acquisition Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions;
- Lead and execute special projects and training programs, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Director;
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation;
- Utilize a variety of sources for passive and active candidate recruitment;
- Assist with coordination and execution of on-site interviews;
- Maintain requisition and applicant data in Kenexa Brass Ring ATS;
- Assist in preparing and sending offer packages;
- Close out requisitions and send notifications to applicants;
- Conduct pre-screening interviews;
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
- Conduct ongoing critique of current practices and constantly seeks/implements new approaches to improve productivity and effectiveness;
- Reacts to change as a positive challenge and translates it into opportunities;
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs);
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
