Our company is looking for a Web Content Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Update site and/or product data;
  • Facilitate approval process on content assets, page and/or product builds;
  • Create and maintain daily content production schedule for ongoing web pages;
  • Check sites and products for accurate data;
  • Engage with stakeholders on site UX and content strategy discussions, helping to inform decision making;
  • Communicate with marketing teams, internal partners and other team members to gather and qualify assets for web publishing;
  • Coordinate content flow between designers, producers, writers, and partners;
  • Coordinate other changes requested by marketing, external partners, etc.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years working on a web team;
  • Professional level competency with Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Quality Assurance testing a plus;
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop a plus;
  • Strong understanding of website user experience;
  • 2-3 years of experience working on a web team or degree in a related field;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Experience with website accessibility best practices;
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices;
  • Experience delivering large volume projects on time and to spec;
  • Azure Dev Ops experience a plus;
  • Omniture experience a plus;
  • Abstract reasoning ability and logical, critical thinking skills;
  • Familiarity with html a plus.
