Our company is looking for a Sr. Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for technical innovation that add value and help prioritize the same with Engineering & Product leadership;
- Continually monitor current state, business direction & technology trends to ensure the solutions direction is sustainable;
- Be hands-on, especially with initial/ongoing new implementation work;
- Become an expert in the domain covered by our existing applications, and within our industry;
- Own end-to-end architecture vision & roadmap for the domain to support the overall strategy;
- Participate as a member of the agile Architecture team, assisting in grooming architecture related work items and completing assigned items on time;
- Evangelize the Architecture and Design to team members and customers;
- Propose & implement technical solutions and ensure their integrity;
- Understand and be accountable for the financial implications of the design;
- Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of AWS infrastructure for scalability and availability;
- Own end-to-end architecture vision & roadmap to support the overall strategy for the enablement platform;
- Perform detailed technical reviews to ensure overall design is being implemented;
- Plan and help onboard CDK applications into the new enablement platform;
- Ensure that the solutions can be built, implemented and maintained within timelines/budgets;
- Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Continuous Integration/Deployment and Container automation;
- Experience in Digital Banking solutions, Workflow & Robotic Process Automation, and Data Analytics;
- Knowledge and experience with working in an agile SDLC methodology environment;
- Adept at IT operations, Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle, and Systems Architectures;
- Ability to communicate with impact (written and verbal) and influence decisions across LOB and technology;
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software architecture;
- Proficient in areas of SOA, API services, multi-channel services and events;
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Able and willing to travel for occasional short assignments;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to manage variety of project types in various stages of development;
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software;
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques;
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
