Sr. Instructional Designer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- May source and manage vendors or third-party partners delivering programs or parts of programs, ensuring quality service and delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience;
- Exceptional consultative, influence, and decision-making skills;
- ATD’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP);
- Excellent instructional design skills;
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND;
- Demonstrated capability and experience managing projects that could be large in scope by applying excellent project management skills;
- Expert knowledge of Storyline and Captivate authoring tools;
- Experience working in corporate Human Resources environment, preferably within the financial services industry;
- Solid knowledge of graphic design tools including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Master’s degree in related field.
