Our company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sourcing group to create efficient and effective process to drive spend into the Procure to Pay (P2P) methodology;
  • Triage issues, identify solutions and execute activities to deliver desired outcomes;
  • Create requisitions, execute and track purchase orders accurately and promptly to ensure proper delivery of goods and services;
  • Administer internal and external purchasing catalogs;
  • Reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy;
  • Address user support issues;
  • Recommends policy changes to ensure compliance with Sourcing and Accounts Payable policies and practices, and/or to increase processing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong project and change management skills, supported by work experience;
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Demonstrated ability to identify potential risks associated with a proposed business initiative and recommend alternative actions;
  • Experience directing change initiatives;
  • Financial services industry experience;
  • Ability to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis and evaluation of alternative solutions;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to resolve issues;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Experience utilizing eProcurement software;
  • Knowledge of procurement principles, practices and techniques;
  • A minimum of 5 years experience that includes indirect sourcing, procurement, or purchasing;
  • Excellent analytical skills.
