Our company is looking for a Business Analyst III to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on monthly, quarterly and yearly metrics of Finance applications using ServiceNow;
  • Working with vendors, IT and lines of business partners to coordinate solution needs;
  • Develop processes and training to support services;
  • Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs;
  • Manages user notification of system incidents;
  • Lead efforts to improve, automate and align with current processes to deliver world class support to our internal users;
  • Participate in meetings with IT partners, lines of business, and vendors;
  • Perform and document root cause analysis;
  • Leading support team to assess and remediate production application issues;
  • Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business;
  • Possesses expertise in corporate processes and systems;
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and implementing automated job processing;
  • Business and technical requirements Facilitation/understanding able to facilitate a requirements session;
  • Supporting exciting, industry leading Oracle Cloud technologies;
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, curate, and maintain a catalogue of services, process designs, and runbooks.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in business process analysis, data modeling and ability to proactively identify, manage, and correct data quality issues;
  • Desire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding teams in creating the best solution and ensuring the success of that solution;
  • Experience and knowledge of API, SOA, ESB concept and tools;
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams;
  • Strong background, hands-on experience with databases and using SQL tools like toad, and SQLplus for data analysis and validating test results;
  • Experience with leading technologies and platforms, such as Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, Concur, Oracle Financials, etc;
  • Experience with Use Case modeling and Agile development methodology;
  • 6+ years relevant work experience in IT operations or related field;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical/non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong business acumen with experience in operations, analysis and project management;
  • ITIL v3 Foundation preferred;
  • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for input into application activities;
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and ITIL frameworks;
  • Experience in technology and IT operations;
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and/or strong interpersonal skills.
