Our company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research;
- Develops, maintains and improves customer-facing web/mobile experiences for dealer websites and email communications;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align all marketing campaigns with ads;
- SEO – Keyword research;
- Paid Search;
- Email Marketing;
- Researches and identifies third party vendors to facilitate objectives. Makes recommendations to Vice President Marketing Director;
- Resolves requests, questions, and problems courteously and professionally. Ensures that communications are efficient and effective;
- Provide ongoing digital marketing campaign updates to both agency and client executives;
- Collaborate with team members on product and service launches from concept through development, delivery, launch and post-launch;
- Manages digital media tools and remains current on the use of emerging tools and their applicability to D.L. Evans Bank;
- Identifying areas where efficiencies can be implemented to increase resource utilization and overall Marketing program ROI;
- Create/modify display ads, digital billboards, print pieces, etc;
- Audit client websites to identify areas of opportunity for SEO tactics;
- Monitors and updates all digital touch points, including the bank’s website and online reviews.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in a clear, consistent and transparent manner;
- Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools;
- Google analytics experience;
- Video/audio production and editing skills are a plus;
- Self-starter with a flexible attitude;
- Strong foundation knowledge of marketing theory and application;
- Experience successfully managing websites and social media platforms;
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented;
- An outstanding eye for detail, pattern, and error;
- Self-directed and enjoys taking initiative;
- Working knowledge in XML/JSON, PHP, JavaScript & other support languages;
- 2+ years in a marketing position;
- Personal websites and/or marketing agency experience;
- Must have working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat);
- Strong computer and internet skills.
