Our company is looking for a Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Compile, analyze, report and interpret data to support key sales data metrics;
- Partner with Marketing Leaders to establish, iterate, and improve messaging style;
- Partner with design team to establish, iterate, and improve email templates;
- Accountability & Stewardship;
- Experience creating and managing trigger-based Email campaigns throughout customer lifecycle;
- Ensure email requests align with an overall marketing calendar;
- Maintain list segmentation against personas;
- Use software tools to design and execute customer engagement campaigns via email and SMS/texting;
- Stay current with the latest email techniques and technologies, and digital marketing trends;
- Support IP warm-up strategies for new lists;
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS and other performance issues to ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices;
- Identify and plan content and tech assets and projects needed to support to customer engagement and CRO;
- Regularly monitor email deliverability;
- Deliver actionable insights and re-engage customers;
- Support re-engagement efforts.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and make things happen and can operate cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment;
- Competitive Pay and Incentives;
- SQL experience a plus;
- Knowledge of SQL a plus;
- Experience creating and managing trigger-based Email campaigns throughout customer lifecycle;
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar);
- Spanish speaking a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Mailchimp;
- 2+ Years of Experience with enterprise level Email Service Providers (ESPs) required, such as PostUp,Exacttarget, Responsys ,Silverpop or strongview;
- Highly motivated, productive, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills;
- HTML knowledge;
- Passion for and experience with Pop Culture and book publishing preferred;
- At least 3-5 years email marketing experience;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills.
