Our company is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing efforts (e.g., messaging, promos) and strategy related to IM-specific events;
  • Understand client and prospect base and develop effective sales and marketing messages;
  • Collaborate with sales, product development and stakeholders to align and continually review and evolve sales and marketing strategy;
  • Track and analyze effectiveness of IM marketing and content;
  • Understand Yardi corporate culture, messaging and brand;
  • Communicate and collaborate often and well with project and product stakeholders;
  • Leverage various systems to coordinate production and delivery of IM marketing collateral;
  • Deliver annual marketing strategy and plan and contribute to sales strategy and plan for the assigned product/market;
  • Identify and develop strong calls to action to help generate leads and manage the prospect funnel for desired results.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years marketing experience;
  • Financial services background preferred;
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM data, HubSpot, DemandBase;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities;
  • Strong research and analytical skills;
  • Positive and professional work attitude;
  • Experience in commercial real estate and investment management is preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience is required;
  • Experience with robust CRM systems;
  • Marketing- and sales-oriented outlook;
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing, channel marketing, webinars.
