Our company is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with analytics team to monitor and manage multiple client campaigns and proactively expand and improve campaigns based on KPI goals;
  • Stay up-to-date on latest platform changes, new channels, media landscape and best practices – share knowledge and best practice with the team;
  • develop a deep knowledge of all media platforms including DSPs, Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter and other premium media providers;
  • Work with the internal teams (strategy, planning, account) to understand campaign goals and target market;
  • Plan, design, and build paid search, social and programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms;
  • Assist with digital ads and online marketing strategy;
  • All staff are expected to support front desk duties as needed including greeting visitors, answering phones, and making sales;
  • Optimize audience targeting, including location, device, time/day, behavior, and other demographic data;
  • Assist in implementation of advertising pixels and tagging;
  • Manage all aspects of paid social media programs, primarily Facebook/Instagram;
  • Manage display campaigns through Google Display Network, third party DSPs, and direct publishers;
  • Work with creative team to develop ad creative, including digital banners, audio, and video;
  • Adobe Suite: media creation and editing (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Lightroom, etc.);
  • Preparation, design, and compilation of social media, blog, and website posts;
  • FAC is a dynamic organization in the middle of an important pivot. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills as the role requires working with a variety of teams internally and externally;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Experience working within DMPs a plus;
  • Proficiency in the following a plus: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Photoshop;
  • Ability to manage multiple advertising programs under a set budget;
  • Exceptional organization skills;
  • Bachelors – Advertising/Marketing/Communications or Related Field;
  • Must be willing to support the success of Flagstaff Arts Council and cheerfully take on tasks as needed for organization success;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Experience developing content for diverse audiences and differing engagement goals;
  • Ability to work successfully and respectfully with diverse staff, partners, organizations, and stakeholders, and maintain space for all voices;
  • Enjoy talking to a wide range of diverse audiences;
