Our company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team.


  • Manage and grow a world-class team, starting with our amazing Senior UA Acquisition Manager;
  • Identify, test, measure, and optimize channels in order to grow revenue while maintaining strong LTV/CPA ratio and unit economics;
  • Stay up-to-date on all changes impacting key media channels (including Facebook, programmatic, affiliate, podcast, TV, and OOH);
  • Develop and maintain a robust testing plan across new and existing channels to diversify spend and minimize reliance on primary channels;
  • Build processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization;
  • Manage evaluation and onboarding of all new channel partners;
  • Partner with finance to set aggressive spend, revenue, and ROAS goals (then hit them);
  • Spearhead new operational and data initiatives that support acquisition efforts;
  • Develop processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization;
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, marketing, product, and engineering;
  • Helping clients with data analysis, data architecture, and data tooling;
  • Hiring, growing and developing people;
  • Drive student acquisition strategy, owning channel and media mix;
  • Set quarterly objectives/goals for team members (and agencies, as appropriate);
  • Developing growth strategies for clients.


  • Previous start-up experience a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business fields or equivalent work experience;
  • Experience with both managing external digital agencies and building / managing an internal growth team;
  • Demonstrated ability to balance media execution across objectives (balancing prospecting/retargeting) and incorporate branding at every touchpoint;
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and orientation toward data-driven decision making;
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions;
  • 4-6 years of performance marketing experience: Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate required, Direct Mail preferred;

  • Experience working with clients and managing client relationships;
  • 5+ years mobile app digital or platform marketing experience;
  • Extensive experience leading digital programs and driving digital innovation within the B2C space;
  • Experience with multiple channels of unpaid and paid marketing – SEO, SEM, ASO, paid and organic social, non-attributable channels, etc;
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other The Wing markets;
  • Understanding of the technical side of analytics and how they are used in marketing processes.
