Our company is looking for a Full Desk Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments for you and for Director of Business Development;
  • Preparing resumes for associates;
  • Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders;
  • Filling open job orders with the RIGHT candidates;
  • Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates;
  • Manage process from interview through offer stage;
  • Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking;
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new;
  • Working as part of a team to maximize Michael Page’s commercial performance;
  • Maintaining client relationships to acquire job order volume;
  • Establishing and maintaining a solid networking pipeline of candidates of various skill sets;
  • Ability to collaborate and assist teammates;
  • Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS;
  • Full desk recruiting (business development, candidate sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing);
  • Ability to multitask and work on several open positions.

Requirements:

  • accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments;
  • At least 3 years’ inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally);
  • Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up;
  • Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer service;
  • Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel;
  • Tech savvy;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Motivated;
  • Collaborative;
  • Personable;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Entrepreneurial;
  • 2+ years in a Full Desk Recruiter or relevant position;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Experience with modern ATS products.
