Our company is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team.


  • Manage and update brand guidelines documents and enforce accurate execution of the brand throughout the organization and with external partners;
  • Key communicator of marketing plans and details throughout the organization;
  • Ensures consistency in WOW! brand use both internally and externally;
  • Plan projects based on a budget from planning to execution;
  • Meet quarterly MQL lead quotas;
  • Own CRM marketing roadmap – including segmentation of players and personalized, targeted communications – across our games;
  • Manage digital communications calendar across brands, at the global level;
  • Brief the other marketing, sales, bus dev reps on your campaign plans. Take inputs and refine accordingly;
  • Identify the resources needed to build the campaign elements and collateral;
  • Manage promotional materials – inventory stock, place orders, verify receipt;
  • Create and manage a quarterly marketing budget;
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors as needed;
  • Create and manage content for targeted, multi-channel digital marketing communications for all live services games;
  • Establish a purpose for the campaigns: Goals, objectives, strategies to achieve the goal;
  • Campaign execution: including sales follow up workflow with the appropriate tools. .


  • 5+ years experience with marketing programs, campaigns, and websites. Experience marketing or selling within B2B and High Tech industries preferred;
  • Self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting;
  • Knowledge of product marketing and demand generation functions;
  • Experience working with vendors and agencies on creative and technology;
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels such as PPC, webinars, email marketing, SEO, SEM;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing both long-form and short-form digital marketing content;
  • Data driven marketer with strong analytical skillset, with experience driving key business KPIs and presenting results at the senior management level;
  • Interest in gaming required; experience working in the gaming industry a plus;
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to push projects forward;
  • Experience developing and managing digital marketing content and campaigns;
  • Degree in Marketing or related field;
  • Must have 4+ years experience in marketing;
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, including IBM, Adobe or Salesforce;
  • Experience with marketing automation or digital marketing agencies is a plus.
