Our company is looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our nearshore and offshore email services and production resources to coordinate the on-time delivery of campaigns;
  • Plan and maintain the email promotional calendar with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of flawless campaigns;
  • Develop and oversee email personalization and segmentation strategies;
  • Manage email reporting dashboards, monitor trends, share actionable insights and make recommendations based on results;
  • Monitor daily program automations and data processes; troubleshooting when necessary;
  • Format and import prospects lists, and segment audiences in the database;
  • Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, running QA to test email assets across environments;
  • Create and execute data-driven, segmented, dynamic campaigns delivered to the right people at the right time;
  • Test templates for deliverability and visual quality across a variety of email clients;
  • Stay current on email marketing best practices and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team;
  • Manage the end-to-end email production process for many of our client email deployments within leading ESP platforms.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strength in creative and innovative thinking;
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze many sources of information, and develop path forward to achieve desired outcome;
  • Knowledge of APIs and plug-in development a plus;
  • Solid quantitative skills and familiarity with web analytics tools;
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills;
  • Experience working with various ESPs and CRM/Marketing Automation systems (experience with ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred);
  • HTML, CSS and AMPScript email coding proficiency; comfort with cross-client email coding best practices;
  • Retail marketing experience a strong plus;
  • Experience with mobile email optimization (and responsive email template builds) a plus;
  • Strong project management background; experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and departments to successfully execute projects;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to perform non-routine work with changing priorities;
  • 2-4 years hands-on email marketing experience;
  • BA/BS required.
