Our company is looking for a Principal Program Manager – CTJ to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a common project language by defining milestones, metrics and KPIs so that everyone is on the same wavelength;
- Develops strong relationships across senior stakeholders to garner support and accelerate delivery of complex, cross discipline projects.
Requirements:
- Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements;
- 20% travel will be required;
- Exceptional communication skills are expected;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical Program Manager;
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment;
- Experience building hybrid cloud and tactical edge solutions on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services;
- Experience with Build systems and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps (VSTS));
- Minimum 5 years of experience building hybrid cloud and tactical edge solutions;
- Experience collaborating with/driving projects across large teams (500+);
- Experience developing customer-facing processes and solutions at cloud-scale;
- Proven ability to make quick, thoughtful, and defensible decisions from a position of ambiguity;
- 3+ years of experience working with customers across highly regulated industries such as global government, financial services, or health sector;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact & influence key stakeholders;
- Experience with building cloud-scale infrastructure components;
- Technical problem solving and analytical skills with a strong aptitude for solving and delivering streamlined business solutions.
