Project Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking claim progress and assisting mediator, mediation representatives, and claimants to navigate the mediation process;
- Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries from claimants;
- Compiling sensitive information for mediation service provider and claimants;
- Ensure proper safety and operational standards are met as the project is being set. Finance & Accounting;
- Merchandising;
- Create project folders and update folders as projects receive more information;
- Complete duties drawing from a working knowledge of P&Ls and cost-to-completion projections Administration;
- Assist the Project Manager on change orders for customers;
- Maintain relationships with vendors and warehouse staff;
- Responsible for assisting with new fixture implementation;
- Prepare meeting minutes as directed by Project Manger;
- Assist the Project Manger on weekly/monthly status reports;
- Assist with preparing the job start-up and close-out checklists;
- Assist in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects;
- Ensure POP signage, price signs, and all other visual merchandising standards are met according to the Merchandising Standards Guide.
