Our company is looking for a Project Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking claim progress and assisting mediator, mediation representatives, and claimants to navigate the mediation process;
  • Preparing detailed responses to sometimes complex written inquiries from claimants;
  • Compiling sensitive information for mediation service provider and claimants;
  • Ensure proper safety and operational standards are met as the project is being set. Finance & Accounting;
  • Merchandising;
  • Create project folders and update folders as projects receive more information;
  • Complete duties drawing from a working knowledge of P&Ls and cost-to-completion projections Administration;
  • Assist the Project Manager on change orders for customers;
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and warehouse staff;
  • Responsible for assisting with new fixture implementation;
  • Prepare meeting minutes as directed by Project Manger;
  • Assist the Project Manger on weekly/monthly status reports;
  • Assist with preparing the job start-up and close-out checklists;
  • Assist in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects;
  • Ensure POP signage, price signs, and all other visual merchandising standards are met according to the Merchandising Standards Guide.
