Our company is looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support program plans, estimates, baseline budget and identify cost and risk;
  • Interact with Stakeholders to ensure complete understanding of project status;
  • Daily project status reporting to leadership and stakeholders;
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss cost, schedule and performance;
  • Manage and update project schedules in Project Server in concert with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) team;
  • Support project cost, schedule and performance by maintaining the tempo and identifying problem areas that need improvement;
  • Lead weekly In Progress Reviews (IPRs) for all active projects;
  • Prepares and reviews project and operational performance reports; undertakes risk management; and makes recommendations for improvements;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Integrate shared perspectives on goals and results using negotiation and reconciliation skills across all program functions;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Act as a liaison between the project team and leadership; clearly outline established and clear milestones required for projected completion;
  • Create and Manage Company Marketing Calendar;
  • Marketing Project Management;
  • Lead Content Creator / Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience with MS Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • MS Project experience a plus;
  • Experience working with costs numbers (accounting experience helpful);
  • Ability to multitask while in a very fast paced environment;
  • Work well on multi-disciplined teams;
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience. 2-year degree;
  • Good communication and writing skills of the English language;
  • Must have attention to detail as documents and work being created involve contractual documents, customer deliverables, and cost reports;
  • Ability to establish and track budgets and forecasts;
