Our company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain accurate and thorough documentation within our ATS (Lever);
  • Manage an effective coordination process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers;
  • Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process;
  • Create and post job requisitions both internally and externally;
  • Order, prepare and organize marketing collateral; manages and ships materials for job fairs, campus events, as necessary;
  • Draft offer letters, initiate background checks and review new hire information;
  • Prepare weekly analysis reports.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate within ambiguous environments;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience in Recruitment Coordination, Administration, Scheduling, or similar vertical;
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or general CRMs;
  • Demonstrated track record of problem solving and analytical capability;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude;
  • Strong detail orientation and email management;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • University Education: Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science;
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask;
  • Strong detail orientation and email management;
  • Minimum of 1 years of related recruitment/staffing/HR experience in a high volume environment.
