Our company is looking for a Revenue Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands or arms;
  • Occasionally required to stand, kneel or stoop, and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds;
  • BA/BS in accounting, finance or a related field;
  • Public accounting experience is a plus;
  • Support the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and financial reporting requirements;
  • Develop and create process workflow and desktop procedures to support assigned tasks;
  • Working closely with teams to provide accounting guidance to ensure proper revenue accounting treatment;
  • Understand the various contract obligations impacting revenue (Royalties, Distributor Incentives, Rebates, GPO Admin Fees);
  • Attention to detail and collaboration with Business owners securing appropriate work papers/ schedules to support account reconciliations;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints;
  • You can perform daily tasks with a high level of efficiency and extreme attention to detail;
  • Review multiple element, software transactions in accordance with current GAAP and internal policies to ensure accurate financial presentation;
  • Actively managing the collections of past due accounts receivable;
  • Work with engineering and data teams to build and iterate on internal and external reporting;
  • You have working knowledge of MS Office business applications.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and maintain tight deadlines;
  • Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations;
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite;
  • Assist with the annual audit; Consolidated and local international entities;
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Auditing;
  • Effective business judgment as well as communication and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to handle ambiguity;
  • You can perform daily tasks with a high level of efficiency and extreme attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively with various departments;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on revenue recognition;
  • Ability to work independently, yet cooperatively and constructively, in a team environment;
  • Understanding of cost accounting and its relationship to revenue recognition;
  • You have working knowledge of MS Office business applications;
  • Flexibility to work under time constraints and deadlines.
