Our company is looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments and skill testing;
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics. Organize and conduct candidate searches in ADT’s applicant tracking system to assure OFCCP compliance;
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates – DDI Targeted Selection preferred;
  • Demonstrate company values through behaviors;
  • Working with sales managers to determine hiring needs;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives;
  • Conduct initial phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews;
  • Partnering with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding;
  • Evaluate and screen profiles from inbound applicants;
  • Creatively source candidates by using databases and social media applications;
  • Evaluating candidates via phone screensJob brief;
  • Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process;
  • Sourcing, recruiting and hiring Salesforce professionals across a wide range of sales and sales engineering roles;
  • Designing the company’s sales hiring strategy;
  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and deep diving into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.

Requirements:

  • Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees;
  • Knowledge of equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and compliance guidelines;
  • 4 year / Bachelors Degree (preferred, a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered);
  • 2 – 4 Years full cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success hiring for sales teams (Required);
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors;
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role;
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline;
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates;
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems, ATS, and LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Experience recruiting for a growing software company strongly preferred;
  • Passion for technology;
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone.
