Our company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationship strategies that allow you to regularly communicate with current and potential consulting candidates;
  • Evaluate effectiveness of current programs and process and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Equally prioritize speed and care when responding to candidates;
  • Champion promote from within through collaboration with managers and supervisors on team member promotions and career advancements;
  • Evaluate candidates’ strengths based on performance compared with position requirements and company expectations;
  • Other duties as needed or required;
  • Participate in strategic projects across TA, including tool implementation, process improvements, employer branding, etc;
  • Act as a mentor and provide training to other members of the TA team;
  • A closet marketeer – drive onsite and offsite candidate events and help build MOO’s employer brand;
  • Collaborate with the TA team to create and continuously improve recruitment programs and processes;
  • Lead various projects outside of your day to day hiring activities;
  • Inspire your team to creatively approach sourcing and recruiting;
  • Partner with leadership throughout the organization to develop customized plans to meet their staffing goals;
  • Research and attend various career fairs and networking events with the recruitment team;
  • Work with Human Resources team on various projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred;
  • Ability to travel as needed;
  • 5+ years experience researching and sourcing, including the use of diverse strategies, technologies and recruiting tools;
  • 8+ years experience sourcing, candidate assessment, and consulting with stakeholders in a corporate environment;
  • Experience tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics and reporting to business leadership on a regular cadence;
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting;
  • Familiarity working autonomously and in a high growth, fast paced environment;
  • 7+ years of full cycle recruiting;
  • Familiarity with an ATS like Lever and or Greenhouse;
  • Collaborative team player and strong communicator; hands-on experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • Have a bias for action and are solutions oriented;
  • Are Collaborative;
  • Are metrics-driven, able to use numbers to support their efforts;
  • Ability to function in HR roles outside of recruiting (employee relations, compensation analyst, training, etc.), as needed, is strongly preferred;
  • Strong working knowledge of an ATS.
