Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations guidance relating to the budget process;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
- Knowledge of the Congressional Budget process and the theories of principles of financial management;
- Skill in determining how funds will be allotted to get the project done;
- Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation;
- Knowledge of the Federal budget formulation and execution process;
- Ability to develop annual and/or multi-year budget programs ;
- Ability to manage/supervise people;
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing;
- Skill in preparing, justifying, and/or administering the budget for programs.
