Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert in leveraging LinkedIn, cold calls, and other tools to identify passive candidates;
- Create, implement, and support strategies for continuous improvement on promoting company as the Employer of Choice;
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified professionals;
- Work with hiring manager to ensure a job description is created for all new positions and/or updated for replacement positions;
- Support managers in developing/formulating interview questions as needed.
Requirements:
- Microsoft office suite of products;
- Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and strong presentation experience;
- 3-5 yrs experience recruiting at corporate level;
- Experience working with Linkedin Recruiter and other recruitment tools or platforms;
- Strong market research capabilities and the ability to present research to senior management;
- Demonstrated results executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing;
- Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining relationships with local and international stakeholders;
- Able to proactively network and establish effective working relationships;
- Significant experience of influencing leaders across various disciplines/functions;
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System;
- Ability to develop creative approaches to source candidates in challenging niche markets;
- Established relationships with universities and or external staffing agencies.
