Our company is looking for a Communications Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan ERC employee morale activities;
  • Manage communications calendar;
  • Manage ERC’s Sharepoint site;
  • Other general support as needed;
  • Liaise with PSI staff for blog edits and approvals;
  • Lead in sourcing content and writing for PSI’s weekly email newsletter;
  • Work closely with Project Managers to monitor budgets, contracts and other administrative functions for client projects;
  • Assist ERC team members with research for external vendors;
  • Produce creative and strategic communication content for public outreach campaigns;
  • Manage and distribute weekly and monthly department activity reports;
  • Direct inbound media calls, collecting appropriate information for Communications team to effectively manage the inquiry;
  • Assist with the organization and management of PSI’s photo database;
  • Assist the Associate Content Manager with management of PSI.org;
  • Support social media manager as needed;
  • Schedule, write, and/or edit content for PSI’s blog.

Requirements:

  • Assist the Associate Content Manager with management of PSI.org;
