Our company is looking for a IT Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs security assessments and provide recommendations for existing configurations;
  • Ensures a secure and robust environment for the administration system;
  • Develop and maintain “as-built” system documentation;
  • Monitor inventory of all software, hardware and applications;
  • Assisting IT Director with special projects;
  • Maintain the system’s security preferences and update when needed;
  • Manage the virtual environment, back-up and failover processes;
  • Other technology department administrative tasks as assigned;
  • Manage the anti-virus software;
  • Provide AV conference support and AD permissions;
  • Train users on systems in the area of responsibility;
  • Implement new computer images;
  • Provides system analysis/troubleshooting by reviewing logs and working with application teams on production issues;
  • Maintain the overall Health of the System and manage Health Monitoring tools;
  • Server and Database Preventative Maintenance and Repair.

Requirements:

  • Debian based Linux distribution knowledge;
  • Active security clearance (not required, but desired);
  • Prior experience in IT within a corporate environment;
  • Experience managing Office 365 and Azure in a hybrid environment;
  • Webserver experience (IIS, Apache, Nginx);
  • Must possess Security Clearance specified below;
  • Experience with or knowledge of anti-virus protection;
  • 3+ years’ experience in an office (MUST) and/or an entertainment setting (PLUS);
  • Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service interactions and consistent quality output;
  • Strong Networking capabilities;
  • 5+ years of experience desired;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis (MUST);
  • Experience troubleshooting Dell hardware (A+ certification preferred);
  • Experience with Asset Management tools;
  • Ability to set-up laptop using imaging.
