Our company is looking for a Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial management;
  • Oversight of the facility quality assurance process;
  • Develops and implements facility management systems;
  • Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care;
  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with agencies for the recruitment of new referrals sources;
  • Establishes and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by senior management;
  • Ensures program and staff compliance with agency policies and procedures;
  • Prepares, interpret and present reports regarding program operations, evaluation of service and utilization of resources;
  • Promotes the philosophy of the organization, ensuring proper implementation of accepted clinical practices;
  • Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase program effectiveness and ensure compliance;
  • Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and County regulations;
  • Be familiar with Standard Precautions, Exposure Control Plan, Fire Drill and Evacuation Procedures and know how to use the information;
  • Attend or complete (CEUs) in-service education programs in order to meet facility and licensure educational requirements;
  • Interview, hire, counsel and provide direction as necessary, review evaluations and recommend advancement and compensatory changes;
  • Provide direction to all facility staff and have responsibility for all facility operations, through key personnel.

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance management and effective leadership;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary;
  • Previous supervisory experience is necessary;
  • Gain experience of the product line’s services;
  • Comply with the Residents’ Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures;
  • Must be able to read and interpret financial records, reports, etc;
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language;
  • Perform Essential Duties as outlined above;
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace;
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions;
  • At least three years of management experience;
  • At least three years of related experience in the human service field;
  • Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices;
  • Education and Training/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree;
  • Current/active state Nursing Home Administrator license.
