Our company is looking for a IT Support to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and lead projects for hardware rollouts, adds and moves, as needed;
  • Field Services support specialist provides hardware (desktop, laptop, tablet),
  • software and printer support to users while maintaining a high level of customer;
  • level personnel, which may include;
  • Respond to IT tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support; and;
  • Performs field support activities with direction from Senior IT Analyst;
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors all problems to ensure a timely resolution;
  • General IT technical support, troubleshooting and documentation;
  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications;
  • Receive, inventory and install new equipment, or relocate equipment;
  • Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT Support role;
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional conduct;
  • Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and other cloud based applications a plus; and;
  • Understanding of system imaging utilities such as SCCM;
  • Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance;
  • Ability to work shifts Monday – Saturday;
  • Ability to apply logic in analysing technology solutions;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2010/2016 and Windows 7/10;
  • Ability to perform effectively both independently and as a team member;
  • Knowledge of personal computers and peripheral devices.
