QLIK Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a QLIK Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Mentors, coaches and develops employees through communication and training of new GAAP developments and Company policies;
- Assists with the implementation of new accounting standards;
- Assists with the documentation of accounting and reporting policies and procedures;
- Researches, interprets and documents technical accounting issues in well written position papers;
- Assists with the accounting assessment and documentation of M&A activity, including purchase price allocation and initial accounting treatment;
- Prepares complete and accurate consolidated financial statements and related footnotes in accordance with US GAAP, including cash flow statement;
- Participates in the month-end close process by overseeing complex transactions;
- Support the annual audit as a point of contact for technical accounting matters;
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and drives the implementation of such improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a drive to learn and deliver results in a fast-moving company;
- 10 years of related experience, mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA Certification;
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, including the ability to research and form own conclusions;
- Detail-orientated, with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills.
