Our company is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the work of Mid-, and Junior-level contractor Integration Engineers;
  • Plans and coordinates data management practices to treat and handle data as a resource;
  • Plans, coordinates, and documents solutions to total systems or subsystems using internally created and/or commercial off-the-shelf products;
  • Maintain current contract status and competitor information on our largest prospective customers;
  • Conduct pipeline meetings and large account strategy meetings with each NAE on a regular and consistent basis;
  • Active work in the field, including but not limited to participation in sales calls and tradeshows;
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects;
  • Support new customer implementations and major customer program changes;
  • Manage, coach and develop the designated NAE team;
  • Participate with excellence in specific senior level organizational goals;
  • Strategize and actively participate with NAE’s to have continual movement with qualified larger prospective customers;
  • Provide sales forecast planning and oversight; and annual budgeting;
  • Work with sales team to target and visit qualified prospects;
  • Fully understand the products/services and be able to educate/train NAE’s and customers;
  • Facilitate culture of high standards and attention to detail, with clear accountabilities, ownership, teamwork and personal learning.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of with microservices architecture and API Strategy development;
  • 10+ years of experience with working on nationwide IT deployments;
  • Historical experience with the ESB stacks such as – MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle Fusion, Dell Boomi;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance, coaching, training and daily supervision to your staff;
  • Experience in developing, deploying and managing flows using Anypoint Studio and CloudHub;
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
  • Experience with MuleSoft On-Premise and Cloud solutions;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities, and coordinate and oversee the priorities of your team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in a clear and concise manner and provide detailed explanations;
  • Experience designing, developing, securing and managing APIs via API Gateways and proxies;
  • Development expertise on Anypoint studio, MULE ESB, JMS, MULE MMC, Active MQ, Kafka, jpa, designing using API’s Led Architecture;
  • Hold at least 1 active MuleSoft Developer Certification;
  • BA or BS degree in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics;
  • Uniform and/or flame resistant clothing industry experience is preferred, but not a requirement;
  • Knowledge of how to manage both IP and TDM based solutions.
