Our company is looking for a Support Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required;
  • Work off an extension ladder;
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds;
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time;
  • Read and write handwritten notes;
  • Recommend IT related improvements to clients;
  • Provide technical assistance to our clients via phone, in person or electronically;
  • Track client issues and resolutions;
  • Triage incoming Tickets and requests;
  • Work on-call or after hours as needed;
  • Other responsibilities as assigned;
  • Work with other departments (like IT) to develop Juniper wide infrastructure solutions for difficult challenges;
  • Build tools and systems that make work more efficient for the rest of the team;
  • Make design decisions that affect all of the Lab Management team, including teams in other theaters;
  • Run the lab without any help from the team, except perhaps management.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical support;
  • Highly motivated teammate with a positive attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
