Our company is looking for a Systems Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and develop relationships to provide insight and value-add stories to the sales cycle;
  • Performs focused, professional product demonstrations;
  • Maintains and continually upgrades technical understanding of products;
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and provide business process consulting to ensure clients achieve maximum business return;
  • Ensures that all team members work efficiently to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction;
  • Work closely with sales executives and fellow solution consultants to achieve sales targets;
  • Assists account executives in preparation of proposals;
  • Be a technical subject matter expert and lead client facing demos and presentations to support the sales organization;
  • Provides technical leadership and ensures technical issues are resolved;
  • Performs extensive needs analysis and client contact before product demonstrations;
  • Travels within assigned territories as required;
  • Responds to RFPs with detail and professionalism;
  • Answers one-off questions from potential customers;
  • Provides guidance and leadership on performance management and employee development;
  • Participate in mentoring and helping develop other members of the System Consultant team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate highly technical concepts and processes to the “common person”;
  • Consultative selling experience a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business operations;
  • Implementation experience is a bonus;
  • Understanding of information security measures and approaches;
  • Cloud deployment expertise – hands-on experience and familiarity with cloud deployment strategies (Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure);
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written & oral communication abilities and training skills/experience;
  • Prior experience in proposal development and direct customer relations;
  • Prior experience with Systems Architecture and requirements development;
  • Prior experience in IT and industrial automation;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Experience in sales and marketing or business development is advantageous;
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with marketing solutions, products, and/or services to customers;
  • Prior experience with Rockwell Automation products, solutions and services.
