Our company is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse;
  • Ensure equipment repairs are performed safely and promptly;
  • Supervises warehouse technicians including training, development, coaching, discipline and performance reviews;
  • Delivers materials to satellite operations centers;
  • Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly;
  • Lead warehouse employees in quality control, packing techniques, and order accuracy;
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products;
  • Positive team-oriented internal & client communications at all times;
  • Ensures that all new hires & terminations are documented and legally compliant;
  • Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job;
  • Maintains warehouse staff by orienting, and training employees;
  • Other duties as assigned (subject to change by ownership;
  • Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas;
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a people management role preferred;
  • Passion for delivering results;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish);
  • Receptive to management development suggestions and willing to seek additional knowledge to facilitate job growth;
  • Ability to solve complex problems;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in communicating with staff;
  • Basic PV Theory;
  • Technical Communication;
  • Process oriented;
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees;
  • Ability to drive a forklift a plus;
  • Working environment is frequently in a frozen food, grocery, dock, and office setting with occasional need to leave the premises;
