Assistant Center Director Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Assistant Center Director to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals;
- Provide superior customer service that results in student retention;
- Engage with children and families in the center;
- Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center;
- Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students;
- Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics;
- Complete other administrative responsibilities;
- Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing;
- Report weekly to executive team on progress;
- Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium methodology;
- Review client agreements, membership pricing and enrollment with prospective clients;
- Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration and student visits;
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards;
- Manage the student learning environment and daily session activities;
- Present a polished and compelling sales message to parents that results in student enrollment.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; Outgoing people-oriented approach preferred.
