Our company is looking for a Assistant Center Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals;
  • Provide superior customer service that results in student retention;
  • Engage with children and families in the center;
  • Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center;
  • Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students;
  • Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics;
  • Complete other administrative responsibilities;
  • Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing;
  • Report weekly to executive team on progress;
  • Manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium methodology;
  • Review client agreements, membership pricing and enrollment with prospective clients;
  • Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration and student visits;
  • Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards;
  • Manage the student learning environment and daily session activities;
  • Present a polished and compelling sales message to parents that results in student enrollment.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; Outgoing people-oriented approach preferred.
